Why I Built This

I’m Niki MD Eckardt, founder of The Que Code, a coaching and strategy agency built for professionals navigating big transitions.

For years, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs and leaders across industries—many of whom reached a point where traditional roles no longer fit. They were ready to consult, advise, or build something of their own, but didn’t know how to begin.

So I created a system.
